If you do not write on the paperwork at time of delivery that the contents of your parcel are damaged, you will be unable to claim a refund for the damages. We accept returns up to 14 days no questions asked, postage paid for by the buyer and all parts must be returned in the same condition as they are supplied. You will be refunded in full less the cost of the original carriage.
