Delivery Options

• Next-Day Convenience: Order before 14:00, and your pet’s goodies will be with you the next working day via DPD Next Day! Perfect for last-minute treats or forgotten essentials.
• Free Delivery over £50: Stock up on all your pet’s needs without worrying about hefty shipping costs. Enjoy free delivery on orders over £50, making online shopping even better.
• Weekend Orders: Place your order before 14:00 on a Friday for Monday delivery. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the Monday.
• Frozen Orders: Please note that frozen products are only available for Click & Collect.

UK Delivery Charges

• Note: *When ordered before 14:00. Orders placed after this time will be sent out the next working day.

Failed Deliveries & DPD Returns

It is the customer's responsibility to manage their delivery via the courier. If an order is not delivered because you were unavailable, failed to specify a safe place, or did not arrange a collection, and the parcel is returned to us by DPD, a charge of £20 per box will apply.

• This fee covers the cost of the return carriage to our facility.
• The amount will be deducted from any refund processed.
• If the total order value is less than the return charge, the whole amount will not be refunded.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We accept returns for up to 14 days with no questions asked. Return postage is paid for by the buyer and all parts must be returned in the same condition as supplied. You will be refunded in full, less the cost of the original carriage.

Live near or passing by Skelmersdale? Choose Click & Collect at checkout and swing by our pet shop in Wigan in the Concourse Shopping Centre to grab your order! You’ll be notified when your order is ready for collection, saving you needing to wait around or queue.
