Sometimes your furry, feathered or scaled companion can’t wait for their new toys, treats or essentials. That’s why we offer several convenient delivery and pickup options to get your order to you as quickly and easily as possible.

Delivery Options

• Our Standard Service: We use DPD as our sole delivery partner to ensure your goods are handled by a reputable courier. This next-day service level represents our standard shipping method and is the only service option we offer to ensure all pet supplies arrive quickly.
• Delivery Estimates: Please note that all delivery dates are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. Because this is our standard shipping rate and not a premium guaranteed timed upgrade, we do not offer refunds or shipping charge reductions for parcels delivered outside of the estimated 24-hour window due to courier transit delays.
• Next-Day Convenience: Orders for standard items placed before 14:00 will be dispatched the same working day. Perfect for last-minute treats or forgotten essentials.
• Weekend Orders: Place your order before 14:00 on a Friday for Monday delivery. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the Monday.
• Frozen Delivery Schedule: To ensure your order remains frozen and arrives in the best possible condition, any frozen orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Tuesday. This ensures they are shipped for next-day delivery without sitting in a courier warehouse over the weekend.
• Frozen Shipping Requirements: We offer delivery on a select range of frozen raw food, specifically Naked Dog, Nutriment, Durham Raw and Mersey Raw products. A minimum order of 5kg is required for frozen shipping; any less runs a high risk of defrosting in transit.
• Other Frozen Brands: All other frozen brands are currently available for Click & Collect only.

UK Delivery Charges

• Standard UK Delivery ONLY: £4.99 Next day delivery*
• Frozen Delivery: £7.99 (Free for frozen orders over 20kg)
• Free Delivery over £50: Enjoy free delivery on standard (non-frozen) orders over £50, making online shopping even better.
• Note: *When ordered before 14:00. Orders placed after this time will be sent out the next working day.

Failed Deliveries & DPD Returns

It is the customer's responsibility to manage their delivery via the courier app or website.

• Standard Goods: If an order is not delivered because you were unavailable, failed to specify a safe place or did not arrange a collection, and the parcel is returned to us by DPD, a charge of £20 per box will apply. This fee covers the cost of the return carriage to our facility and will be deducted from any refund processed. If the total order value is less than the return charge, the whole amount will not be refunded.
• Frozen Goods: Because raw food is perishable, frozen orders are non-returnable. If a delivery is missed and the parcel is returned to us, the food will spoil and cannot be refunded. The £20 Return to Sender fee will still apply to cover courier costs.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We accept returns for up to 14 days with no questions asked. Return postage is paid for by the buyer and all parts must be returned in the same condition as supplied. You will be refunded in full, less the cost of the standard original carriage.

• Perishable Goods Exception: All frozen raw food products are excluded from our 14 day return policy. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched due to health & safety regulations.

Eligibility for Non-Perishables:

• Item is unused and has not been fitted.
• Item is in the original packaging.
• Item is returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

Pick up and Store

Live near or passing by Skelmersdale? Choose Click & Collect at checkout and swing by our pet shop in Wigan in the Concourse Shopping Centre to grab your order! You’ll be notified when your order is ready for collection, saving you needing to wait around or queue. This is the required option for frozen orders under 5kg or for frozen brands other than Naked Dog, Nutriment and Mersey Raw.
