We provide a wide range of pet supplies including food, toys, grooming tools and accessories for animals of all shapes and sizes, from dogs and cats to rats and wild birds, even snakes and turtles too!

If you want something that isn't listed, please get in touch with us via our contact form or web chat. We will then do our best to find it, and give you a quote at the best possible price.

Simply take a look at our subscription box page, find the option you like the look of, and then follow the instructions from there. Each box can be customised to your pet's tastes.

Frozen Deliveries

We currently offer home delivery on our Naked Dog, Nutriment, Durham Raw and Mersey Raw ranges. All other frozen brands in our shop are available exclusively via our Click & Collect service at our physical location.

Yes, we have a minimum order of 5kg for all frozen deliveries. We have set this limit because shipping smaller quantities increases the risk of the food defrosting during transit. By shipping at least 5kg, the products help keep each other frozen, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition for your pet.

If you require a smaller amount of frozen food, you are more than welcome to use our Click & Collect service. This allows you to purchase any quantity without a minimum weight requirement and ensures your food remains at the correct temperature until you collect it.

Our frozen shipping rate is £7.99 & we offer Free Frozen Delivery on all frozen orders over 20kg. To ensure your products remain frozen & arrive via next day delivery, any frozen orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Tuesday. This prevents perishable goods from sitting in a courier warehouse over the weekend.

Because raw food is highly perishable, it is vital that you are available to receive your delivery or provide clear "leave safe" instructions via the DPD app. Unlike dry treats, frozen food cannot be returned to the depot and redelivered the next day. We cannot offer refunds for orders that spoil due to a failed delivery attempt.

Due to the perishable nature of raw food, we cannot offer refunds for missed deliveries. If a frozen parcel is returned to us by DPD because you were unavailable or did not provide a safe place, a £20 Return to Sender fee will apply & the product value will be forfeited as it cannot be resold.

Due to health and safety regulations regarding temperature controlled products, we cannot accept returns on any frozen items. All sales of Naked Dog, Nutriment and Mersey Raw are final once they have been dispatched.

Yes, it is generally safe to refreeze raw dog food from most major brands as long as the product is still at refrigerator temperature (under 4°C) and has not reached room temperature. Many customers find that raw food arrives slightly soft at the edges but still very cold to the touch; this is perfectly normal for frozen deliveries and can be placed straight into your freezer.

However, we always recommend checking the specific storage guidelines on the packaging of the brand you have purchased (such as Naked Dog or Nutriment) to ensure you are following their expert advice.

Please Note: While we take every possible precaution to ensure your products are packaged securely and delivered frozen, Sash & Pepps Ltd cannot be held liable for products that defrost due to courier delays, missed deliveries, or improper storage once the parcel has been received.

Payments & Shipping

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and secure online payment methods.

We only offer shipping within the UK, and do not support international orders at this time. We therefore reserve the right to cancel and refund any international orders.

Order Tracking & Returns

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped, allowing you to see the status of your delivery.

We use a next-day service level with DPD as our standard shipping option to ensure your goods arrive as quickly as possible. Please note that all delivery dates are estimates provided by the courier rather than a premium guaranteed timed upgrade.

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 2 days, or if you haven't received your parcel within this timeframe, please get in touch with us at info@sashandpepps.co.uk or via our online chat so we can investigate it with the courier for you. Please be aware that because this is our standard shipping method, we are unable to offer refunds or delivery charge reductions for transit delays caused by the courier.

It is the customer's responsibility to manage their delivery via the courier app or website. If a parcel is returned to us because you were unavailable, failed to specify a safe place or did not arrange a collection from a pickup point, a Return to Sender charge of £20 per box will apply.

This fee covers the courier's return carriage costs and will be deducted from your refund. If the total order value is less than the return charge, the whole amount will be non-refundable.

We accept returns on standard items for up to 14 days with no questions asked, provided items are unused, unfitted and in their original packaging.

Return postage is paid for by the buyer, and you will be refunded in full, less the cost of the original standard carriage.
