How to Use

Use as a cricket carrier or holding pen. Slide a tube out of the pen and drop the flapper down to prevent escapes. If needed, cover the tube opening with one hand while transporting it to the terrarium or feeder, then remove your hand and lightly tap the tube to release the crickets you need. Only remove one tube at a time to avoid escapes.

Cricket Care

Keep crickets in a well-ventilated room between 21-23°C (70-75°F) with low humidity, out of direct sunlight and cold drafts. Keep the pen clean and dry, and always provide good quality cricket food and water in the dishes provided. Replace the water dish's foam insert when soiled or damaged. To help crickets stay alive longer, try gut-loading them or offering a slice of apple.

Cleaning Instructions

Clean the unit regularly. Remove all debris and waste, and clean the entire unit with hot tap water. Never use soap or detergent, as any residue left behind can be harmful or even fatal to crickets.
